Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us. Please email () for return instructions.
If 7 calendar days have passed since the delivery of items, we can’t offer you a return nor refund. Please note that count of the mentioned 7 days starts from the date when the courier company considers (as per its policy) shipment to be ready for collection.
Mignora reserves the right to refuse returns for any merchandise not in a resalable condition.
- In your email message, please state clearly a) the order number, b) name and photo of items you want to return, c) the reason you want to return the items. Mignora will study the case and get back to you within one work-day of your email message, accepting or rejecting the request.
- Items must be in their original condition and original packaging (not opened, not used, unworn, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged, in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken).
- All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
- All returned items are your responsibility until they reach Mignora warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
- Shipping return costs are non-refundable.
- Mignora reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at his own cost.
You can send us an email () to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Timing of your email must be a) within six hours of the purchasing, and also b) subject to order status being “currently processing”, which is available on our website. Mignora will not make cancellation or changes for orders that do not meet these two conditions.
We do our best to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. It is still possible that problems may arise.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective /damaged item, you may request a replacement. Please send us an email at () within six hours of receiving the item, providing your order number and attaching clear pictures of the damage. We will solve your inconvenience as soon as possible.
Once your returned items have been received by Mignora, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
If the returned items do not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
If the returned items are accepted by Mignora, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
All returns need to be made within 7 days after items are “ready to collect”.
Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped (or 3 hours have passed), we won't be able to offer a cancelation.
